The client first reached out to us years ago for a bedroom project in a previous home. Over time, that grew into a deeper partnership, designing multiple spaces together. When they moved to their dream home—a property with panoramic mountain views—they brought us in early to help reshape the home’s core: the kitchen.
The original kitchen layout was small and limiting. Our solution: expand the footprint by taking over the former dining room, tripling the space. The result is a custom kitchen with figured ash cabinetry, matte black hardware, and a layout designed for effortless flow. This first phase also included the upper and lower laundry rooms, a media area with built-in cabinetry, and a compact powder room that proves small spaces can make a big design impact.
The second phase focused on the primary suite: vanities, a master closet with built-in laundry, and fully custom bedroom furniture, including a headboard, bed frame, and credenza. We shifted to flat cut ash cabinetry to complement the home’s original oak. Throughout the home, a 5-degree matte black finish ties every space together with subtle continuity.
